why does my leg feel hot, as though someone is pouring hot water on it?

Parcel Force Alternatives

Recently i sold some brake discs for a car on Ebay.  I put a postage price of £5 on it, thinking that would be "about right". 

Imagine my shock when i do a quote with Parcel Force / Royal Mail for an 11KG parcel.  £22!  This was for standard delivery, nothing special or next day.

However, there is.. another way.  UK Mail.  for £9 i was able to send this Next Day delivery and it got there without any problems at all.
